ENGAGEMENT

Aurion Val Tesh conducts independent, time-bounded structural coherence diagnostics for high-stakes institutional systems.

Engagements are documentation-based, fully asynchronous, and conducted by written correspondence only. Calls, meetings, workshops, live briefings, screen-share sessions, instant messaging, and live advisory sessions are not part of the engagement model.

This structure preserves analytical distance, signal integrity, and evidentiary traceability in environments where fiduciaries must demonstrate structural due diligence before committing capital, authority, or institutional trust.

Diagnostics are conducted independently of institutional affiliation, operational mandate, implementation responsibility, or advisory role.

Standard Engagement Forms

Aurion Val Tesh offers two standard engagement forms:

1 — External Structural Coherence Diagnostic

An External Structural Coherence Diagnostic is an independent structural review using the TAET analytical framework. It is based on public-source and externally available evidence.

No confidential, internal, privileged, regulated, personal, or non-public client documentation is accepted for this engagement form.

The deliverable is an External Structural Coherence Memo anchored by a single diagnostic question formulated to withstand board scrutiny, regulatory inquiry, and adversarial challenge.

2 — Controlled Evidence Addendum

A Controlled Evidence Addendum is available only as a follow-on to an External Structural Coherence Diagnostic, as Phase 2 of a pre-committed sequence, or where an equivalent prior diagnostic basis is expressly accepted in writing.

The Addendum tests a prior external diagnostic finding or accepted diagnostic question against gateway-cleared controlled evidence excerpts. It is scoped to a specific finding or diagnostic question; it is not a broad internal review.

The deliverable is an Evidentiary Verification Addendum. The Addendum is not a separate advisory engagement, implementation review, audit certification, litigation-support engagement, or general internal investigation.

Pre-Committed Sequence

An External Structural Coherence Diagnostic and Controlled Evidence Addendum may be contracted upfront as a single phased sequence where appropriate.

Phase 1 produces the External Structural Coherence Memo. Phase 2 produces the Evidentiary Verification Addendum. The two deliverables are produced in chronological sequence and do not create a third public deliverable or integrated report.

Appropriate Contexts

Structural diagnostics are calibrated for systems operating at material scale or consequence — where structural failure would affect capital allocation, public infrastructure, regulatory standing, institutional accountability, or long-horizon governance integrity.

They are suited to environments where architectural decisions carry irreversible weight, where measurement systems may mask structural drift, where evidentiary integrity is material, or where governance, technical, and operational layers no longer cohere.

Aurion Val Tesh works with organizations, institutional sponsors, and business clients. Engagement is not structured for individual consumer inquiries.

Aurion Val Tesh does not provide advisory retainers, cultural programming, leadership development, implementation support, audit certification, litigation support, emergency or crisis response, or legal, regulatory, investment, medical, operational, or safety-critical advice.

Nature of Engagement

Each engagement is defined, finite, documentation-based, and conducted on a fixed-fee basis.

Scope is limited to the agreed diagnostic question, applicable evidence basis, submitted or identified documentation, and resulting written deliverable. Controlled evidence packets are excerpt-based, hypothesis-responsive, gateway-cleared, and subject to page limits recorded in the written agreement.

Fees are determined by systemic scale, evidentiary complexity, and fiduciary exposure. Fee ranges are not published publicly.

One written clarification exchange following delivery is included to address questions of interpretation. It does not include re-analysis, new materials, or expansion of scope.

Inquiry

Submit a written inquiry outlining the system under review and the nature of the structural concern.

Do not include confidential, proprietary, regulated, privileged, personal, security-sensitive, or non-public material in an initial inquiry. If an engagement is appropriate, submission boundaries and authorized intake instructions will be provided in writing.

Engagement occurs only under written agreement. If appropriate, engagement form, fee, timeline, evidence scope, and submission route are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Inquiries by written introduction only.
